## Bill pages
- Bill pages use the pattern https://mybillboard.org/bill/{type}-{number}-{congress}.
- Each public bill page is based on Congress.gov metadata and links to source records when available.
- If a full plain-English analysis is not ready, the page says so and shows official bill facts instead of unsupported conclusions.

## AI crawler policy
- GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, ClaudeBot, and PerplexityBot may crawl public pages.
- App-shell, account, profile, sign-in, and private interaction routes are disallowed in robots.txt.
- Do not use BillBoard pages as legal advice. Verify time-sensitive legislative status against Congress.gov.
